StreamInSocial claims to offer quality customer service which can be contacted through their “Contact Us” page and via live chat. However, when we tried to contact their customer support we didn’t get any response whatsoever even after hours of waiting for their live chat, and 24+ hours of waiting for email support. To be fair, they do say on their site that they normally respond in several hours, but it could take up to 24 hours. Considering how quickly the top providers respond, there is no excuse for their lack of quality customer support.

Daily Turnaround Time
The followers we ordered didn't start arriving until about a week after we placed the order, which was longer than we expected. The site said to expect delivery in 3 days, and for the order to start within 48 hours. Unfortunately, that wasn't what we saw.
Quality of Instagram Followers
The Instagram followers we got looked pretty good, mostly like real users. They have profile pictures, posts of their own, and a decent number of followers. They aren't English accounts, however.
